originally thought only the handle was broken. but shown that the handle was fine but the lock was broken as he was able to show the window could be opened with alot of force. replaced the lock, handle and key. done a superb job, quick and fast. on time, good communication. was easy to book. would recommend.

Arrangements were made and locks were fixed to a decent standard . The thing that made the difference was that I felt I was being helped by HONEST people! This makes all the difference. It brings peace of mind once the job is done and that is priceless.
