He replaced the door handle that locks the door and there was waiting time

We needed a replacement door lock after a DIY attempt. Mel was really excellent and I'm glad I found him.

It was gone 6:30pm, I'd tried various other locksmiths with no luck. Mel took my call straight away and promptly tried to figure out if someone from his team could come out and fix the issue. Updated within minutes and knowing I was pregnant and on my own last night, when no one from his team was available, gave me another contact to try. Thankfully the issue was resolved and Mel went out of his way to check if I was okay at 9pm, even though he wasnt able to take the job. Very helpful and professional. Would def recommend try them first if need in need for a locksmith

I recently had Mehlam replace locks, and I’m extremely impressed with the service. He was professional, efficient, and the work was of excellent quality. The new locks are secure, and everything was handled smoothly. Highly recommended!

Mel has done work for me before and I have always found him reliable, efficient and pleasant to deal with. He tried to repair a large front door lock with intercom to several flats but when that was not possible due to the age and wear on the lock, he ordered a new lock and returned to install it 2 days later. Very satisfied with this job. Mel communicates well, which is so important.
