10 Great boiler service! First Response 360 were called to service my boiler. Great job!

First Response 360 were called to service our boiler. He politely offered to remove his shoes at the door showing great manners and etiquette for my home. He checked the boiler and provided great advice way outside of the job that he was called for, thus helping me to make savings and maximise my boiler. He serviced the boiler professionally and efficiently. He wasted no time, provided great service and advice and directed me exactly where to go for a new part that was needed. Rang yesterday evening (Saturday) to fix a boiler issue. Arranged to come out the next day, despite it being a Sunday. The gas engineer, Haroon, was very professional. Removed sludge, serviced the boiler (after another company had done half a job) and provided sound advice. Haroon the gas engineer was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and why.
