First Response 360 were called to service our boiler. He politely offered to remove his shoes at the door showing great manners and etiquette for my home. He checked the boiler and provided great advice way outside of the job that he was called for, thus helping me to make savings and maximise my boiler. He serviced the boiler professionally and efficiently. He wasted no time, provided great service and advice and directed me exactly where to go for a new part that was needed. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Called this Gentleman to report the issue-he came in on the same day few hours after, very communicative and knowledgeable quickly found and explained the issue, managed to fix the problem in 30 min and I can enjoy hot water again;) A job well done!

Excellent communication from start to finish and sorted my problem out on the same day, despite having to source a spare part from elsewhere so had to come back. Very courteous and just got on with the job.

Rang yesterday evening (Saturday) to fix a boiler issue. Arranged to come out the next day, despite it being a Sunday. The gas engineer, Haroon, was very professional. Removed sludge, serviced the boiler (after another company had done half a job) and provided sound advice. Tidy, communicated well...will definitely keep his number to hand for the future.

Haroon the gas engineer was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and why. He made as little mess as possible and in any case he cleaned and tidied up at the end. Brilliant service from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend.
