Adil was excellent and identified the issue with the boiler very methodically, and he worked cleanly. Boiler has been working well today after Adil left and I will keep an eye on it over the next week as agreed to check whether there's any further issues (but it's looking positive so far!) Very grateful for the speediness of your offer to help after I posted.

Adil was really quick to come round and explained all the options and costs clearly. He was able to fix our problems quickly and give good advice on maintenance.

Haroon arrived in time , was very polite and professional , explained everything through to myself about maintaining ;which I feel is important. He thoroughly checked / tested the system and was very knowledgeable , after a flush of the system he found the problem for the pressure and rebooked in a timely manner
