10 Economy 7 element on water tank replacement

Phil fitted me in at short notice as my water tank element had failed, he kept me informed as was working on another job nearby, but came around to install for me after he had finished other job, he arrived with another plumber. Unfortunately I can't leave a review on any work completed because when I tried to make contact to check a few things and book the job I did not get any replies despite them being read. I hope the trader is ok. He came out and did the quote, which was sent quickly, seemed reasonable and he was very pleasant to talk to. I had several other jobs I mentioned to him at the time and thought I would be using them to get them all done.
