You don't need to look any further than Phil and Bob. We've had fairly constant issues with the plumbing in our house since we moved in before Christmas (some caused by other plumber's poor workmanship) so I'd been looking for someone to replace our hot water storage tank. As soon as Phil and Bob came to look at the job I knew they were the right people. They knew instantly what was needed, could do the work the following week and were competitive in their quote. The work is 2nd to none. Both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and filled me with confidence in their work.

First Rate Plumbing did an excellent job replacing the float ball valve in my loft. The work was carried out professionally, efficiently, and with great care. I'm very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing work. Very friendly and good rates.

Phil is really knowledgeable and honest, exactly what the industry needs. Thought we needed a lot more work than anticipated. He took the time to work out the solution to the problem which saved hundreds of pounds. Will never need to look for another plumber again.

Excellent communication and service. Explained things really clearly to diagnose why we had a leak and how to resolve. When the problem was bigger than we had originally thought they came back within 24 hours with what was needed and sorted everything. We would both recommend and use again.
