Phil is really knowledgeable and honest, exactly what the industry needs. Thought we needed a lot more work than anticipated. He took the time to work out the solution to the problem which saved hundreds of pounds. Will never need to look for another plumber again.

Excellent communication and service. Explained things really clearly to diagnose why we had a leak and how to resolve. When the problem was bigger than we had originally thought they came back within 24 hours with what was needed and sorted everything. We would both recommend and use again.

Phil fitted me in at short notice as my water tank element had failed, he kept me informed as was working on another job nearby, but came around to install for me after he had finished other job, he arrived with another plumber. Both were very friendly and no mess left after work was completed, will definitely use them again
