  Combi boiler replacement

  Steve had come out to look at my old combi boiler a few times and carried out repairs until it was time for replacement. He gave me all my options and was clear about the cost and the timeline and answers all my questions. Steve was very friendly and polite while carrying out the replacement and left the place clean and tidy. After comparing notes with friends in the area who have had similar work done I believe the cost was very reasonable, especially compared to the bigger companies!

  New boiler & repair work of previous plumber.

  Gary (& Co. Mike) came out within 12 hours and fit despite multiple complications. Our previous plumber left us with incorrect piping and a boiler that wasn't serviced within the last 12 years (ourselves being the new home owners). They quoted us much less than the competition, and didn't charge more for the extra time taken to fix the original pipe work, as well as giving us an upgraded Hive, a top boiler and visually better external pipework. We will upgrade our back garden without the worry of having tacky plastic piping now as they tried to keep all their work copper 👍🏻. Recommend

  Boiler Serviceg

  Had my boiler serviced by Steven – great experience from start to finish. Turned up on time, explained what he was doing, and got on with it efficiently and professionally. Left everything tidy and gave me a clear rundown of the results. Also, have to say he was a cheery presence – caught him singing along to a few tunes while working, which actually added to the whole experience. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again next year.

  Boiler service and Hive Multi-zone installation

  Steve was polite, punctual and got the job done quicker than expected. There were some issues with the Hive system that he managed to fix which means a fully working system and a happy customer. Would be very happy to recommend to others and am considering booking him in for other work in future

  Gas leak from gas fire

  I contacted Steve regarding a gas leak which had been detected and isolated on a smart meter installation, he arrived the following day found the leak and completed all necessary requested capping of old gas appliances, his communication of works and arrival times are impeccable and i would highly recommend to anyone in need of a plumbing and heating engineer.
