I needed a gas safety report for a property I’m buying, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He managed to book me in at short notice, arrived on time, and carried out the work efficiently and professionally. The report was thorough, clearly explained, and delivered promptly. Steve had come out to look at my old combi boiler a few times and carried out repairs until it was time for replacement. He gave me all my options and was clear about the cost and the timeline and answers all my questions. Steve was very friendly and polite while carrying out the replacement and left the place clean and tidy. After comparing notes with friends in the area who have had similar work done I believe the cost was very reasonable, especially compared to the bigger companies!

Gary (& Co. Mike) came out within 12 hours and fit despite multiple complications. Our previous plumber left us with incorrect piping and a boiler that wasn't serviced within the last 12 years (ourselves being the new home owners). They quoted us much less than the competition, and didn't charge more for the extra time taken to fix the original pipe work, as well as giving us an upgraded Hive, a top boiler and visually better external pipework. We will upgrade our back garden without the worry of having tacky plastic piping now as they tried to keep all their work copper 👍🏻. Recommend
