Sean was very responsive. After completing the EICR, which came out unsatisfactory, he returned to the property to complete all relevant jobs to pass the EICR. Sean conducted an EICR on behalf of a buyer for our property. He was extremely open and honest with his findings and explained that due to the age of the property, there would be some areas where the electrics would fail the test. After this, he graciously offered to complete the work needed at short notice, in order to make sure we lose no time with our sale process. As an individual, Sean was a extremely friendly, courteous and tidy. Job location: RM3I had my property fully rewired and couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. The electrician was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough.
