We previously had an electrician carry out some work at our property but it wasn’t done thoroughly and we were really disappointed with the outcome. We were quite nervous about who to trust next. Sean came recommended to us by a colleague at work who uses him for her property portfolio across London. From the start, he was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. Sean was sent to our flat to perform some end tenancy checks. The day before he came we went on a trip for 1 month. Sean left the boiler / heating on;when came back a month later the flat was boiling and we received a huge electricity bill. We sent proof to show we were out of the country (although he knew it), and proof of usage spiking the day he entered (from electricity provider) vs previous usage and he just ignored us, saying he didnt do anything. Will be reporting to Ombudsman and bringing small claims case against him to recover our losses.

I had some works carried out in my apartment on Tuesday 7th October. In short a few things needed to be updated due to age. However, I just wanted to point out that Sean was exceptional! He explained everything in detail, the process and as for the price quoted it was very fair and reasonable. A great price for the work and what it involved. Sean is professional, efficient, overall a very likeable guy. Enjoyed the chat too while the work was being done.
