Just had an EICR safety check done — really impressed with how smooth and detailed the whole process was! Garfield and his assistant conducted the inspection with minimal disruption and provided a clear, detailed report. Definitely worth getting it done if you haven’t already! Garfield was very reliable and professional in his dealings with us and our tenant and explained clearly what needed doing. These guys were terrific. My general experience with tradespeople over the years is patchy. But, Garfield was super communicative and clear both when quoting and before the job started. He and his assistant were prompt, efficient and polite. They even fixed a minor light switch issue I had in the kitchen which wasn't part of the original quote without quibble. 1st Fix have undertaken all of our electrical requirements for several years now. from changing light fittings to 3 phase machinery, in our warehouse. they are clean & tidy, efficient, friendly and reliable. Garfield and a member of his team came round and very quickly and efficiently replaced a damaged security light with a new an improved product that they also sourced. As always Garfield is a charming, warm, friendly individual who is a very proficient electrician that is able to carry out a full change of services whether that is big or small.
