Just had an EICR safety check done — really impressed with how smooth and detailed the whole process was! Garfield and his assistant conducted the inspection with minimal disruption and provided a clear, detailed report. Definitely worth getting it done if you haven’t already! I highly recommend 1st Fix Electrics.

Garfield was very reliable and professional in his dealings with us and our tenant and explained clearly what needed doing. We have used him in the past and he doesn't try and exaggerate the work that needs doing and does it promptly.

These guys were terrific. My general experience with tradespeople over the years is patchy. But, Garfield was super communicative and clear both when quoting and before the job started. He and his assistant were prompt, efficient and polite. They even fixed a minor light switch issue I had in the kitchen which wasn't part of the original quote without quibble. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Garfield and a member of his team came round and very quickly and efficiently replaced a damaged security light with a new an improved product that they also sourced. As always Garfield is a charming, warm, friendly individual who is a very proficient electrician that is able to carry out a full change of services whether that is big or small. We have used his services for years and will continue to do so going forward.
