Broken Garage Door Lock

First Entry Locksmiths responded quickly and fixed our broken garage door lock. One day it jammed—turning the key felt like it was the wrong one, preventing access. After using them before for a front door lock, we booked a visit and they arrived on time, repaired it right away, and explained the issue clearly. After worrying the whole garage door might need replacing, the technician said it was a simple lock pin lubrication problem. Everything now locks smoothly, and the garage feels secure again. I highly recommend them for fast, dependable lock help.

replace faulty lock mechanism & realign door

Dan immediately recognised the fault in the door. He needed to go back to his workplace to find a replacement, but he was back within 2 hours and soon completed the job. The door now opens a locks as good as new.

Sunday - urgent call out

Contacted First Entry Locksmiths (Danny) on a Sunday at lunchtime with an urgent situation. Danny at house within 60 - 80 minutes and changed lock cylinder within an hour, Danny didn't have a 'like for like' replacement on the Sunday but changed the cylinder again for the direct replacement during the week at no further cost. The charge for the work was very reasonable considering it was a call out on a Sunday, I will certainly use First Entry again and recommend them to family & friends without hesitation.

Front door lock replacement.

They came out fairly quickly, after a bit of a misunderstanding about the time slot. When they came, the were very professional and knowledgeable about locks and fitting the new lock. The new lock and keys obviously works a treat.

garage rear door handle replace with new. only issue was they had to use white instead of chrome finish. not an issue for me. pointed out that the issue was caused by the door having dropped. fixed this for extra £30.
