replaced the locks, explained the difference in locks and went above and beyond to make sure the door shut completely rather than wriggling around to make knocking noises.

The appointment was really easy to book and the job was done when required. Communication was very good and they were happy to drop the spare set of keys at our office for us. Very pleased.

I contacted First Entry locksmiths on a Saturday evening to discuss my issue , Danny stated a time he could get there by and was true to his word. He advised me of the issue , the options of what could be done. A replacement was fitted at a later date on time and with great quality of work.

I posted our job on Checkatrade and within a few minutes first entry contacted me asking what the issue was do explained the fault and we were told he would be either us within an hour. And sure enough they were they both were very polite and courteous and carried out the job efficiently, they didn’t try to push me into having any other work other then what the callout was for there work was faultless and any mess that was made they tidied up. Multiple checks on the repair was carried to make sure it all worked before they left highly recommend and will use again.

Danny was very helpful in providing me with advice with a safe issue. I'd lost my key and the battery had given up so I was stuck. He gave me advice which enabled me to get access to the safe where all my keys were stored. Life saver. Would definitely recommend.
