Contacted First Entry Locksmiths (Danny) on a Sunday at lunchtime with an urgent situation. Danny at house within 60 - 80 minutes and changed lock cylinder within an hour, Danny didn't have a 'like for like' replacement on the Sunday but changed the cylinder again for the direct replacement during the week at no further cost. The charge for the work was very reasonable considering it was a call out on a Sunday, I will certainly use First Entry again and recommend them to family & friends without hesitation.

They came out fairly quickly, after a bit of a misunderstanding about the time slot. When they came, the were very professional and knowledgeable about locks and fitting the new lock. The new lock and keys obviously works a treat.

garage rear door handle replace with new. only issue was they had to use white instead of chrome finish. not an issue for me. pointed out that the issue was caused by the door having dropped. fixed this for extra £30.

would highly recommend Danny from First Entry. After moving into our new home last year, we noticed the door lock was temperamental and caused daily irritation. After looking at the cost of a new front door (which there was actually nothing wrong with), someone suggested a locksmith as a first option. Danny was recommended on a local group.
