Douglas was quick to call and arrange a visit to quote then booked in within a few days of confirming we wished to proceed. Did a good job with the trees and area was left clear on completion. Would recommend and will use again if required.

I had First Class Tree Care round to trim a mature silver birch in my garden, and they truly lived up to their name. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, with great care taken not just with the tree, but with the surrounding area too — everything was left neat and tidy. What really impressed me was the clear, helpful advice they gave on the current health of the silver birch and what to do going forward. It’s obvious they care about trees, not just cutting them.
