Douglas and his men did an excellent job removing three very large trees. I was very happy with the price and the job was completely very quickly to my satisfaction. All the lads were very friendly and courteous and I can highly recommend.

1st class are just that. Prompt to respond, quick to call and assess the job. Very reasonable and competitive pricing. Not at all pushy. Well organised, good quality work and leave the site immaculate. Very considerate and nice to deal with.

I had First Class Tree Care round to trim a mature silver birch in my garden, and they truly lived up to their name. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, with great care taken not just with the tree, but with the surrounding area too — everything was left neat and tidy. What really impressed me was the clear, helpful advice they gave on the current health of the silver birch and what to do going forward. It’s obvious they care about trees, not just cutting them. I needed a large beech hedge lowering, fir trees topping and a Holly tree lowering and reshaping, with all waste being taken away. The process from gaining a quote to finishing the works all went very smoothly Douglas and his workmen were professional, polite and did a great job despite the awful weather. All waste was chipped and removed and my garden and driveway were left neat and tidy. The lads did exactly what I asked and I am very happy with the work and results and would recommend Douglas and his team.

They are a great bunch of guys who worked hard and did a good job. They even popped back after the job was finished to take a couple of branches off another tree for me. Very kind and really appreciated. I’d recommend them!
