  Replaced blown double glazed units and a new front door!

  I was delighted to meet Tom when he visited to discuss options for a new door and windows. Estimate was delivered in good time and from agreement on terms to installation was less than 3 weeks. The team when they said they would and worked with care and professionalism and good humour (they were delightful and cleaned up after themselves). I am thrilled to bits.

  From the first contact with Tom we have been very impressed with him and his team. We received regular accurate updates from Tom and the work carried out by his team Dave, Danny and Kieron has been excellent, the quality is outstanding and they cleaned up after them and everyone is very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough, they provide top a class service.

  excellent service from start to finish, no pushy sales, genuine advice on best solution for requirements with a quote. Arrived on time on the day of installation with efficient service from the team, cleaned and tidied before leaving. Definitely recommend. Have already booked another job.

  Bathroom Window Replacement

  Excelllent experience from start to finish. Tom visited to quote, which he gave me at the end of his visit. Window was manufactured in the timescales given and he booked the work for a time that suited us. Tom kept in touch with updates and the workmen turned up at the date and time agreed, both were extremely courteous and completed the work to a very high standard with a minimum of fuss. They checked I was happy with the work and cleaned up before they left, leaving no mess. Overall I'm delighted with the job. I would highly recommend First Class Home Improvements and will use them again.
