  Tom and his team were excellent. They fitted bay windows,front and back doors to a high standard. I can't praise them highly enough, explained the plan and job at every stage. Clean tidy and professional. The easiest install I have ever experienced. Reasonably priced as well

  Replacement front door

  Extremely happy with the whole process. Tom was very knowledgeable and explained everything so we knew what to expect. The contractor came when I was told he would and did a lovely job, even clearing everything up afterwards. I was so pleased with the job, I booked them for my bathroom window too!

  Window & glazing replacement plus plastering

  Great job by First Class Home Improvements and we would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. We had a room reskimmed, a new window and 3 replacement panes after ours had gone misty. It was great that one company could do all the jobs. Competitively priced, good communication and very professional workers who were pleasant, efficient, clean and tidy. Can't fault the whole process from start to finish and really pleased with the end result.

  New bedroom window

  We got in contact as our bedroom window got broken and needed it replacing ASAP, communication was great and arranged to call out the next day to measure and then place order for new glass, fitters came and fitted window as soon as was possible (it was Easter) but was still all completed from start to finish within 2weeks. Honestly can't fault them at all!

  New back door fitted

  From the start the communication has been brilliant! Very happy with our new door, timescales were discussed and actually was done earlier than expected, would highly recommend, very professional and extremely happy with the work carried out. Thank you Tom and team!
