  Bathroom Window Replacement

  Excelllent experience from start to finish. Tom visited to quote, which he gave me at the end of his visit. Window was manufactured in the timescales given and he booked the work for a time that suited us. Tom kept in touch with updates and the workmen turned up at the date and time agreed, both were extremely courteous and completed the work to a very high standard with a minimum of fuss. They checked I was happy with the work and cleaned up before they left, leaving no mess. Overall I'm delighted with the job. I would highly recommend First Class Home Improvements and will use them again.

  New Front Door - Great Job

  We needed a new front door. There a was a bit of a delay in getting it ready as it had to be custom-made to fit our wider-than-usual frame. But once it was ready to install it took only two days with minimal disruption. The old doorbell was removed and not replaced, but it was cheap and easy enough to sort out myself afterward. The door itself looks fantastic, and the guys were professional and friendly throughout. Conscientious, not too loud, helpful in moving our car when it was in the way. Overall a pleasure to have around. Would recommend and use them again.

  From start to finish nothing but professionalism! From initial contact with Tom to the 3 lads that came and completed the job. Really good price for 11 windows and 2 doors! Would 100% recommend to anybody.

  My experience with First Class Home Improvements was excellent from start to finish. From the very first phone call right through to the completed work, everything ran like clockwork. I had internal windows fitted and on the day of installation and in the week since, they’ve been doing exactly what I expected them to do. The lads were a friendly and professional, and a pleasure to have around. Communication was spot on from day one, keeping me informed throughout the whole process. On the day of installation they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and the windows look fantastic. Thanks
