  From first contact the company was friendly & professional. Absolutely no hard selling or pressure. The property is in a conservation area so planning permission was required . This was all handled by the company from start to finish. Windows manufactured & installation completed within 3 weeks of permission being granted. Excellent quality products at a competitive price. Highly recommended

  Patio Doors Installation for Stone Built Barn in Rossendale

  I comissioned first class home improvements to create a space for patio doors in my kitchen by removing the exsisting window, working on the stone work to make this possible before fitting the new upvc patio doors. As the property is a barn conversion using Lancashire Stone it was difficult to find a stonemason experienced with this but Tom and his team were able to show previous examples of their work and within 4 weeks of first communication the job was finished. First class were excellent and the quality of finish was brilliant. We are extremely happy with the finished product! Thanks Tom!

  Fantastic Service by Tom and his Team fitting my new window and door. Tom contacted me immediately on a Sunday when I logged my damaged window which I couldn't close with Check-a-Trade and subsequently spent time helping me choose my new door - which I love! His team who carried out the work were efficient punctual, paid attention to detail and were courteous and polite throughout. I highly recommend First Class Home Improvements.
