Experience generally very good with Tom keeping us advise throughout the process re new dood installation

I recently had new windows installed by First Class Home Improvements, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the final clean-up, the team was professional, efficient, and courteous throughout. The installation was carried out with great attention to detail, and the quality of the windows has made a noticeable difference in both appearance and insulation. The fit is perfect, and the finish is immaculate. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction — nothing was too much trouble, and they kept me informed every step of the way.

From the first meeting with Tom, I knew we were in capable trustworthy hands. Hie and his workers are efficient, punctual and polite. They talk you through your job with care to make sure you understand all the aspects of the job. Such a pleasant group of workers is hard to come by. They’re in my contacts for good.

Excellent from start to finish. Having had a terrible experience previously which saw me and my daughter have to move put of our for just under a year I was nervous. Tom completely put me at ease answered any questions I had and more importantly put on no pressure or sales pitch. Updated as required. Workmen arrived on time, did an excellent job. I felt comfortable being in the house whilst they worked. They were courteous and did an outstanding job. Completed the job in just over two days, tidied up after themselves and were great guys. We have had work carried out by this company. It has been brilliant from start to finish and would highly recommend them. Tom has kept sending updates to us about the work schedule and everything worked out brilliantly . His team of workers are so good we would highly recommend them.

om and his crew worked absolute magic at the back of our house. They installed a full sliding door set with all the associated building works, and the result is spot on. Everything was delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Professional, tidy, and clearly take pride in their work. Couldn’t be happier with the transformation. Highly recommend!
