  Removal of wooden posts, fencing panels and support spur and replacement with concrete posts and new panels. This is the 2nd time using this company and the work was again completed within the time agreed and to a good standard.

  Just a long list of excuses about why he couldn’t make the dates he had given. Often with little or no notice. Gave up in the end and went elsewhere.

  If you call having a death in the family I.e my own nan excuses then that’s fine plus I ask you if you could have 2 days off work just in case we couldn’t do it in 1 day and that was impossible for you

  Replace Broken Fence Post

  FBL originally said the would do the job on Easter Friday, but they left a message on Friday afternoon saying the fencing yard was closed, and would have to do the work in the following week. The following Wednesday I messaged FBL about a date, where they agreed Thursday afternoon. Thursday has come and gone with no sign of FBL.

  Steve and his team were friendly and polite. Very knowledgeable about the task and we're able to advise on how the fence and gate should be positioned. Always reliable and were clear on what the next steps were. Pricing was transparent and clear, with no sales pitches to increase price or demand payments as they went along.
