Steve was polite, skilled and communicative. I would employ him for more fence work should I need it.

Removal of wooden posts, fencing panels and support spur and replacement with concrete posts and new panels. This is the 2nd time using this company and the work was again completed within the time agreed and to a good standard.

Just a long list of excuses about why he couldn’t make the dates he had given. Often with little or no notice. Gave up in the end and went elsewhere.

FBL originally said the would do the job on Easter Friday, but they left a message on Friday afternoon saying the fencing yard was closed, and would have to do the work in the following week. The following Wednesday I messaged FBL about a date, where they agreed Thursday afternoon. Thursday has come and gone with no sign of FBL.

Work was completed quickly and efficiently and to a good standard.

Fantastic communication from the start. Steve is really polite and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the work!
