  Brilliant service and friendly

  I have a problem with my washing machine so I spoke to Wisbech appliance care and arranged an appointment for yesterday but said I wouldn't be in between 1030 and 1230 because I had a hospital appointment. When I arrived home, they had called, they left a business card saying they had called. I missed them because I was 15 minutes late. I rang them and arranged another visit for today when I am in all-day. I received a text with a window 9-11am. The engineer arrived just after 11. A very polite man who checked the machine out and diagnosed a terminal illness. Not enough letters left. 5*+

  Fault finding on dishwasher.

  A very Technition did a good job found the fault on my Dishwasher its no good has a blow circuit board so a new Dishasher but not his fault recommend him.

  Excellent communication from first contact. Kept us updated on proposed arrival time and arrived well within specified timeframe. Professional and friendly, explained exactly what the problem was and what the options were. Parts ordered immediately and next stage explained clearly and with no pressure. Everything you need from a service contractor… on time, professional and friendly. Will definitely use again and recommend.

  Oven repair

  Sadly job was never completed fully. The guy blew the breaker in the fuse box because of previous repair by someone else so not all his fault however he left and didn’t notice I had no power at all to oven. Cost me a pretty penny to get electrics to oven repaired and do other works he asked to be done before he would come out to repair, but still wanted to get oven fully repaired and asked him to order the part needed but he has since not replied to me and must not have ordered it. Not a great experience and still only had half an oven working for Christmas. Would not recommend for oven repair

  washer drier repair

  Unfortunately I struggle to give a good review. Immidiately following a visit to identify and fix an issue with my washer drier, a new problem occured. this problem was fatal to the washer and I needed to buy a replacement. call out was not cheap, and a replacement washer was very costly and unexpected. whilst he did come back to my home to check the issue he was not able to fi the original or the new problem. he said he was going to go away and speak to an engineer of the original washer manufacturer to try to solve the problem, however I never heard back from him.
