Words actually fail me! I was strung out for 7 weeks with fabrications and excuses until I finally gave up. So no repair and an expensive experience.

Very quick response in offering their service. Very quick in attending and determining the problem and the required parts. Seemed like a very long wait for delivery of replacement part though

I have a problem with my washing machine so I spoke to Wisbech appliance care and arranged an appointment for yesterday but said I wouldn't be in between 1030 and 1230 because I had a hospital appointment. When I arrived home, they had called, they left a business card saying they had called. I missed them because I was 15 minutes late. I rang them and arranged another visit for today when I am in all-day. I received a text with a window 9-11am. The engineer arrived just after 11. A very polite man who checked the machine out and diagnosed a terminal illness. Not enough letters left. 5*+

A very Technition did a good job found the fault on my Dishwasher its no good has a blow circuit board so a new Dishasher but not his fault recommend him.
