Very happy with overall service. Posted job on Monday night, price quoted a s appointment arranged Tuesday lunchtime, job completed by Wednesday lunchtime. Dan was very efficient, knowledgeable and very good in explaining all steps. The only slight gripe I have was lack of communication from the office. Had to chase them up to confirm appointment time, and had no call to advise Dan was on his way (which was promised). Other than that would absolutely use them again.

The plumber came an installed the outside tap the day after my request on Checkatrade. The installation was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Prompt reply to quote request. Soon came. Polite and efficient. Only slight complaint not to respect my time slot and then xame late. Price as quoted
