  Carpet and upholstery cleaning

  Craig was extremely helpful with fitting us in for an end of tenancy carpet and upholstery cleaning with short notice. He actually managed to remove a lot of stains from the furniture and carpet that were there when we moved in. Excellent and reliable service. We would definitely use Craig again in the future.

  Craig was very responsive to us, arrived when he said he would, charged what he quoted. We had the same job done by someone else last year, and to be honest, I couldn't really see any difference, eg a dog wee stain was still there. Not any more. We can see the difference this time, a real top quality job. Craig was really personable and we will be using him again. Good to support a small local Isle of Wight owned firm. Thank you

  Carpet clean on holiday lets

  I have used First Aid every year for 3 years, and will continue to do so. Craig is the most experienced and professional carpet cleaner I’ve ever used, I’ve tried many over the years. He uses the most professional equipment, not a cheap domestic carpet cleaner! He takes great pride in his work and ensures a 5 star clean, every time. He is professional in all communication and extremely honest. I would strongly recommend his carpet cleaning services to all holiday let’s, B&B’s, hotels and domestic customers. Thank you Craig, for making my carpets look like new again!

  Clean a chsir

  The chair was in a pretty poor state and Craig's work has renewed it. He clearly knows his stuff and has all the proper equipment for this work. The chair was virtually dry BH the time he left and it has made a difference yo the atmosphere of the room.

  Carpet cleaning of 3 rooms

  Highly recommend Craig and his team. He was punctual and very communicative, making sure I was prepared for his visit. Worked non-stop for nearly four hours cleaning our lounge, hall and stairs. Very reasonable prices for the amount of work that goes into cleaning carpets. Incredibly happy with the results too, carpets are like new (until the car decided to christen them).
