Craig was friendly but respectful and efficient. His work was professional and the results were amazing.

Craig was extremely helpful with fitting us in for an end of tenancy carpet and upholstery cleaning with short notice. He actually managed to remove a lot of stains from the furniture and carpet that were there when we moved in. Excellent and reliable service. We would definitely use Craig again in the future.

Craig was very responsive to us, arrived when he said he would, charged what he quoted. We had the same job done by someone else last year, and to be honest, I couldn't really see any difference, eg a dog wee stain was still there. Not any more. He uses the most professional equipment, not a cheap domestic carpet cleaner! He takes great pride in his work and ensures a 5 star clean, every time. The chair was in a pretty poor state and Craig's work has renewed it. He clearly knows his stuff and has all the proper equipment for this work. The chair was virtually dry BH the time he left and it has made a difference yo the atmosphere of the room.

Highly recommend Craig and his team. He was punctual and very communicative, making sure I was prepared for his visit. Worked non-stop for nearly four hours cleaning our lounge, hall and stairs. Very reasonable prices for the amount of work that goes into cleaning carpets. Incredibly happy with the results too, carpets are like new (until the car decided to christen them).
