The Frist1Rigth team were great from start to finish. Melanie was able to sort someone to do the work within a few days of me calling. Toby was a delight and went out of his way to talk me through the work he was going to do and fixed the actual root issue rather than just the problem I had noticed. Ryan carried out a power flush on our heating system which had the desired effect of significantly improving the radiators heat. He carried out all the required work with confidence and provided useful information for future requirements. I contacted First1Right Plumbing and Heating due to my father's shower having stopped working - due to his ill health, a quick fix was vital. First1Right Plumbing and Heating came out that day, temporarily fixed the problem until the parts had arrived a week later, and then came back to fix it quickly and with ease. Gary and his team are my first point of contact for all plumbing needs. They have done several jobs at my property - professional, knowlodgeable, experienced and enjoy solving difficult plumbing problems. This time around they were able to resolve an issue in 15 mins that a Dyno-Rod British Gas plumber couldn't inspite spending a hour at my home.
