Job location: GU14Supplying and fitting a new swivel basin tap. From the initial phone call to the very helpful Melanie right through to the equally helpful Gavin the work was undertaken on time, efficiently, clean and tidily. Everyone was very friendly and all very professional. It is now the third time we used them for different small jobs. Definitely recommend.10 First1Right told us what they were going to do and they did it efficiently.

We needed a plumbing job and contacted First!Right due to their reviews. We had an appointment booked for the next day. The whole experience was professional from the booking until the completion of the job. Times were accurate and contact between the office, the contractor and ourselves were efficient and productive. Not the first time I've used First Right. Was having issues with a kitchen tap. Called. Prompt response. Easy to arrange an appointment. Operative called ahead...arrived on time. Job location: GU1My elderly mums washing machine could not be installed and at short notice Melanie and Toby and the team sorted her out within 2 hours. They also helped me move the old one down a few flights of stairs to the garage which is beyond the call of duty. Thanks alot for a great service. Will be using again.
