We had problems with a consistent hot water supply and had struggled to get other plumbers interested in diagnosing the solving the problem. From our first contact First1Right plumbing were serious and interested in solving our problem. They spent time analysing the issues and discovered aspects other plumbers had overlooked. As a result we agreed a plan to replace the main water pump and this was carried out professionally and in a timely manner. All interactions whether by phone or in person were friendly, polite and respectful. Easy to book a service with First1Right and agreed a competitive price (including a discount!). Gary, the engineer arrived punctually, at the agreed time and was most pleasant and helpful. After fixing an early date for the two-day job, which actually took a day and a half, the start was punctual and the fitter left the property clean and tidy. He explained the various elements of the work to me and even adapted some of the work through discussion to meet the needs of the property.
