What a challenge to find a plumber to replace one tap. I contacted many via this website and barely had any replies or it was declined as too small a job. thankfully First1Right came to my rescue. Excellent communication from the office confirming the job, providing an approx quote and then booking it in. Turned up on time and completed the job within an hour. I know it's only a small job but it was something I wasn't able to do and I am vey grateful it's been replaced.

Arrived on time. Listened to me and talked through the proposed work and my concerns. Did the work well and tested the flushing system. Tidied up. Very pleasant to deal with.

Very satisfied with the service provided

Gavin had previously visited to discuss and quote for a new boiler. It was a 3 day job. Gavin was very punctual and polite. He kept me informed at each stage of the project and answered my questions in a non technical way so I could understand. He worked non stop. At the end of the day he left the kitchen clean and tidy. The cost was to quote. The Team are fantastic not only the engineers but Melanie in the office is very helpful and will always find dates and times suitable for me. I have used First 1 Right for awhile now and would fully recommend their work. Thanks First 1 Right

We had a leak and they were able to get someone out to investigate the problem the same afternoon. A new tank had to be ordered and fitted. There was excellent communication throughout - which day they would be back on site and a call on their way. Everything went to plan and the new tank and pipe work look great.
