  We are delighted with our new gas stove. It looks beautiful. We had excellent service throughout and the two guys who fitted the stove, which included laying a gas pipe under the patio, were thoroughly professional and meticulous. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

  Excellent service and nothing was too much trouble

  From the first moment I visited the showroom I received nothing but friendly and excellent advice and service from Chris. He wasn't at all pushy which is great....nothing was too much trouble . He came to visit my home on the arranged date and time, again nothing was too much trouble. The fitter arrived on time and even though he encountered problems we hadn't envisaged he just carried on. The overall attention and care given was second to none. I would recommend this company to family and friends without a second thought. Carol kept me informed all the time about fitting dates.   Excellent products and top notch customer service.

  We bought a new fireplace and wood stove from Fireplaces Direct. Our initial meeting was with Chris in the showroom, and he expertly navigated us through the choices available to meet our requirements. The installation was carried out efficiently and effectively, and when we asked for a minor adjustment, the whole team responded positively and went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy. Communications were excellent throughout the process. Highly recommended, both in terms of products and customer service.

  Excellent product, expertly fitted!

  We ordered and had fitted a Gazco Stockton 5 stove. Chris was very helpful showing and discussing options to fit our 'mock' fireplace and surround. Steve the main fitter was meticulous in the fitting and particularly minimising any dust. The long run of gas pipe across the loft and down the outside wall was very neatly installed. Two other guys (another Steve and Charley , I think) came towards the end of each day to help clear up and explain the details & functioning of the stove We are very pleased with the product.

  Great selection and great service

  We visited the showroom in Basingstoke and found a good selection of fires and surrounds for us to view. We met Chris who guided us through the selections we were looking at and asked questions to help us to understand what we were looking for. The order process, the installation and the payment process was quick and easy. Thank you and we are so pleased with the result in our new home.
