10 Supply and fit a wood burner stove including remodelling fireplace

From visiting Fireplaces Direct showroom in Basingstoke, my initial discussions about products, fireplace base, the remodelling g work required through to receiving the quotation and confirming installation date everything I was advised would be done was done and the work was completed to a very high standard in the timescale advised. The fitters were obviously very experienced, treated my property with respect even to removing their shoes when entering my house. They cleared up after themselves every day. Exceptional service from Fireplaces Direct. Tony took the time to talk us through our options on our first visit to the showroom and was very knowledgeable about what we would need. The fireplace was installed just 2 days before Christmas by Steve who was very professional and did a superb job. We are extremely pleased with our new gas fire which has come into its own during the recent cold snap! We would definitely recommend Fireplaces Direct to anyone looking for a gas fireplace. The company had an excellent range of fireplaces from which to choose and offered sound advice when we visited the showroom. The installation went as smoothly as possible, and was even installed ahead of schedule. The fitter was polite, professional and experienced. We love our new fire.
