I had several local Gas companies that said they wouldn’t undertake the work required to install a gas fire. The moment I spoke to Chris and his team it was very clear that they had a “CAN DO” attitude despite it being a tricky installation. The installers were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of my home environment. I can’t praise Chris and his team enough. From the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment the installers had left after cleaning up, the whole experience was excellent. I needed to change my elderly parents old gas fire. I met Chris in the showroom and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly showed me and priced up what I needed. He came out to do a site inspection to assess if there were any problems. Work started within a couple of weeks and installation was quick and easy and the guys were friendly and very respectful of my parents house. Job location: SO53Supplied and fitted a fireplace, when a problem arose with the fitting they responded and resolved it promptly. The gas engineers in particular deserve a mention, polite, tidy, punctual and informative.10 Excellent work at an affordable price
