We have been very pleased with our purchase from Fireplaces direct, from our initial choice of gas fire and surround, with the expert advice provided in the showroom, to the installation by the team. The work was carried out on the days agreed and the guys kept everything very tidy, and explained from the outset what they would be doing and how to operate the fire. We have recently had our second fireplace fitted from Fireplaces Direct and had another great experience. Chris and Tony gave excellent advice in helping us find a more traditional replacement for a very modern gas fire in our new home and adding some character beams to an existing wood burner. From our very first visit to the showroom to the final installation of our new fireplace and gas fire we were totally satisfied. They were very knowledgeable and happy to share suggestions and experience which made choosing a new fireplace much easier. They were happy to visit us at home to make sure we were looking at the right combinations and then again after we had made a choice to ensure everything was right.
