Fireplaces Direct supplied and fitted our beautiful fireplace 3 years ago. We are delighted with it and with the service we have received. It has transformed our living room and I would recommend Fireplaces Direct without hesitation.

We bought a new fireplace and wood stove from Fireplaces Direct. Our initial meeting was with Chris in the showroom, and he expertly navigated us through the choices available to meet our requirements. The installation was carried out efficiently and effectively, and when we asked for a minor adjustment, the whole team responded positively and went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy. Communications were excellent throughout the process. Highly recommended, both in terms of products and customer service.

We ordered and had fitted a Gazco Stockton 5 stove. Chris was very helpful showing and discussing options to fit our 'mock' fireplace and surround. Steve the main fitter was meticulous in the fitting and particularly minimising any dust. The long run of gas pipe across the loft and down the outside wall was very neatly installed. Two other guys (another Steve and Charley , I think) came towards the end of each day to help clear up and explain the details & functioning of the stove We are very pleased with the product.

We visited the showroom in Basingstoke and found a good selection of fires and surrounds for us to view. We met Chris who guided us through the selections we were looking at and asked questions to help us to understand what we were looking for. The order process, the installation and the payment process was quick and easy. Thank you and we are so pleased with the result in our new home.

I have nothing but praise for this company. The customer service manager and the engineer were brilliant. The gas fire service was booked in, with little notice, and the fire is back on, perfect for the cold evenings. The whole family is very happy 🙂

Fireplaces Direct were very helpful with the original purchase and installation of our gas fire. Now, several years down the line, they continue to provide excellence service, with professional and courteous engineers.
