10 Chimney sweep and log burner install

Alex has swept the chimney for us since 2021, always prompt, polite and super clean in protecting the house from probably the dirtiest job that you can have done. More recently, we took advice from Alex on which log burner to install when we moved into a house with an awful gas fire. Alex’s advice was excellent, further on - we’ve had Alex install a Clock Blithfield 5 burner (it’s amazing!). The attention to detail on the install of the burner, new tiled hearth and our new surround was second to none. I had Alex out today to sweep my chimney at a really reasonable price, he did a fab job and made sure my house was completely clean and free of any soot at the end. I will be planning to have a wood burning stove fitted by Alex soon to replace my open fire. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and you really just trust him, he’s not out here to rip anyone off and gives you so many options based on your circumstances. I have used Alex a couple of times for sweeping our flue ( log burner) we had a scare with a beeping carbon mon alarm, this terrified me ! Alex came out , gave the fire a good checking and even set the fire and showed me how to use the thing properly !!!!
