Pre-construction

During the Preconstruction Process, the goal of the Finishing Touch project team is to actively manage the project development process, to provide timely guidance to the Owner and its advisors on price and method alternatives and to track the supply of resources and value effectiveness. It processes involves constant supervision and interaction

Finishing Touch also performs an active role in the monitoring, revision and updating of the contract documents schedule by the design team. To this end, a status reporting system customized to reflect the mutual needs for current information is used to provide project cost and schedule accountability.

Analyze the documentation of the property line.

Cross-checking the physical location of the Property Line.

Analyze Soil Reports and identify hidden costs.

Verify water, sewage, electrical and telephone seams.

Modeling for knowledge construction

The strategic leadership team at Finishing Touch Construction leads and oversees the working group. The Leadership Team consists of key members from both Parliament, the owners ' leaders, the architectural / engineering firms and the subcontractors. Our department works with these to ensure that the requirements of the project are understood and delivered by all parties.
