Absolutely delighted with the work undertaken and quality delivered. A special call out to Ryan (Ninja) for his dedication - we had several workmen coming in, all of them were courteous. I was particularly impressed by inception visit to ensure that client feedback is obtained before the payment.

The job was completed to my satisfaction. At first the workman got some measurements wrong as he failed to take account of the metal holding the wood in place but he came back and did an excellent job even though I had already paid. I was very pleased.

Jonathon came to help with a dishwasher removal at very short notice. He was professional, helpful and worked quickly to get the job done.

TGS carried out a full renovation on my property on Ardfillan Road and completely transformed it from a run down house with holes in the ceiling to a high quality, beautifully finished home. The attention to detail was excellent and every tradesperson worked to a very high standard. Communication was clear throughout the project and the team was reliable and professional. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend TGS for any renovation work.

After reading many positive reviews, I contacted Alex at TGS for a quote on my painting job. He provided a reasonable quote, and we agreed on a start date, but no one showed up. Reaching Alex afterward was difficult, as he seemed to communicate through multiple numbers (likely a virtual assistant). I left a message, and he eventually called back, explaining that the decorator was ill and promising to arrange a new timeslot and call me later that afternoon. I never received that follow-up call. I messaged again to ask for an update and only got a response five days later.
