4.67 Issues with quality of fitting

Installed Cormar primo Ultra and sensations 11mm underlay on stairs and landing. Within a week or so of fitting the carpet was wrinkled and bumpy over a run in hallway. They did come out to restretch it once however since it looks even worse again. From finding Finest Floors on Checkatrade to completion, the organisation, communication, timekeeping & workmanship were first class. Wayne & his colleague were professional & worked quickly to a very high standard. Wayne was also very accommodating, as it was a Christmas surprise for a relative which was harder to organise & they are over the moon with their new carpet.
