Installed Cormar primo Ultra and sensations 11mm underlay on stairs and landing. Within a week or so of fitting the carpet was wrinkled and bumpy over a run in hallway. They did come out to restretch it once however since it looks even worse again. I did consider whether to leave a review as I don’t like leaving negative feedback however given all my messages, emails are now being ignored I felt it was the right thing to warn other people before proceeding

excellent communication, fast work, fair price and as a bonus lovely people. will recommend to anyone and if I ever need work done they will be my first call.

From finding Finest Floors on Checkatrade to completion, the organisation, communication, timekeeping & workmanship were first class. Wayne & his colleague were professional & worked quickly to a very high standard. Wayne was also very accommodating, as it was a Christmas surprise for a relative which was harder to organise & they are over the moon with their new carpet. Finest Floors will now be my go to flooring company & I’ll be recommending Wayne to friends & family.
