Work was undertaken speedily and with skill. The finish was excellent, on-time and with a pleasant attitude. Job location: BS34Jospeh was so helpful, he advised the best fix that will even last longer. Communication was okay and you can tell they are passionate about the job. They are so reasonable with prices, not out to reap you off like some who you can from distance they do not care or passionate, just out to make quick money and dissappear. They also took away the debris as well.7.67 Bathroom fitting

Good points: No problems with the job and the staff are courteous. Price paid was lower than originally quoted and I the quote was reasonable. Neutral points: Couldn't give full marks though as they didn't turn up three times (two for quote and one on day job was meant to be carried out). I can't confirm how genuine the reasons were so just be aware.
