Engaged with Fernwood to redecorate and bring a property back up to standard after renting it for a long time. Joseph was prompt, straight forward, honest and the prices were on point. Work was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, and no hidden charges. Recommend 1000% and thank you for putting my trust back into trades people. Exceptional service and communication, alongside realistic prices. I won’t use anyone else now.

Joe did a great job - he came over to quote and advised on different options, then offered a competitive price. We were really pleased with the end result.

Fernwood cleared the garden for my elderly and disabled mother. The work was done to a high standard and delivered professionally. Joe was very patient with my mother. A great service.

Jospeh was so helpful, he advised the best fix that will even last longer. Communication was okay and you can tell they are passionate about the job. They are so reasonable with prices, not out to reap you off like some who you can from distance they do not care or passionate, just out to make quick money and dissappear. They also took away the debris as well.

Good points: No problems with the job and the staff are courteous. Price paid was lower than originally quoted and I the quote was reasonable. Neutral points: Couldn't give full marks though as they didn't turn up three times (two for quote and one on day job was meant to be carried out). I can't confirm how genuine the reasons were so just be aware. On the times they did turn up they were very punctual and did just get on with the job.
