Professional workmanship, excellent builder. Recommended.

I needed doors shaving urgently to get laminate flooring laid and Lulezim was able to fit me in within the short space of time and on a Sunday. Communicated very well with me and completed the job perfectly. Very polite, work was a 10/10 and will be getting him back in to do some other work i require in the property. Highly recommend!!

Very reliable and cleaned up after work

Lulezim came out to the see the job and quoted promptly. He was punctual and reliable, offered good advice and his workmanship was excellent. He really took his time to ensure the end product was of a high standard. He built everything (except from the panels which we purchased and he cut down) from scratch. The handles we purchased were a bit tricky but he made them work perfectly without making it an issue. We are so happy with the end result, would absolutely recommend him, 10/10!

I hired Fera Construction for my hallway painting and stair handrail installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Lulezim was professional, punctual, and delivered excellent quality work. The hallway looks fresh and clean, while the stair handrail was installed with great attention to detail. Communication was clear throughout the project, and he was helpful with suggestions. The project was completed exactly as quoted with no surprises. Based on this positive experience, I would definitely hire Fera Construction again for future projects and highly recommend their services.

Lulezim was very reliable, turned up when he said he would, which isn't true of all tradespeople, communicated well and did so in a very friendly and helpful and pleasant manner. His work was done to a very good standard and it was also done in a very clean and tidy way. I must say I am very pleased with the end result, and so is my wife who has very exacting standards. All in all I would highly recommend Lulezim and would not hesitate to use Fera construction again.
