  A Very Responsive Service

  The workmen were amenable, and the response turnaround time was excellent. A mutually convenient date and time was scheduled. However, the appointment was not recorded, so it had to be rescheduled. I also sent them a photo of the bolt which had become misaligned and was reassured that they carried that bolt and would replace the existing lock with with one of similar quality. I believe that if I had simply got them to realign the bolt, I would have been happier with the service, because they don't make heavy duty bolts of that standard anymore.
