The team at FeltThatRoofing were very helpful in finding the leak in the roof, explaining the problem and also what needed to be done to rectify it. They took photos of the problem and also of when they had fixed it Communication was very good, and appointments were on time. Communication from the start was exceptional. Sent pictures of roof damage and received a very reasonable quote. Work itself was carried out within the agreed upon timeframe to a really high standard. Very friendly to deal with. Initially it was a review When they arrived, they were straight in the loft. Then looked at the outside, then back inside once I told them about the problems that I was having. The work was started within 2 weeks, very clean and tidy. Keane and his team did a great job repairing our damaged flat roof. The communication before and during the job was excellent. The team of workmen were all very polite, punctual and hard-working.
