We needed a roofing inspection report for the NHBC following a leak in the false chimney, FeltThat attended quickly and turned the report around quickly exactly as we needed.

The team at FeltThatRoofing were very helpful in finding the leak in the roof, explaining the problem and also what needed to be done to rectify it. They took photos of the problem and also of when they had fixed it Communication was very good, and appointments were on time. Everything was left clean and tidy.

Communication from the start was exceptional. Sent pictures of roof damage and received a very reasonable quote. Work itself was carried out within the agreed upon timeframe to a really high standard. Very friendly to deal with. Can definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

Initially it was a review When they arrived, they were straight in the loft. Then looked at the outside, then back inside once I told them about the problems that I was having. The work was started within 2 weeks, very clean and tidy. Answered all my question without hesitation, and also treated me like a person and not a idiot women like some workman do.

Keane and his team did a great job repairing our damaged flat roof. The communication before and during the job was excellent. The team of workmen were all very polite, punctual and hard-working. If only all trades people were this good the world would be a better place. I would highly recommend.
