James was quick to respond to my request for help and visited to give me a quote and agree a date for the clearance within 24hrs and the work carried out early the following week due to my urgency to move. James was kind and sympathetic towards me as he could see I was clearly emotional and stressed by the whole situation and he filled me with confidence that everything would be carried out as discussed and with minimum stress to myself. James and his team went above and beyond on the day of the move, I will certainly be recommending their services to others.

James contacted me very quickly following my enquiry, and following a survey a price and date was agreed for the work. We asked if some extra clearance work could be carried out for a different address, and James was able to fit this in on the same day, which was helpful for us. James confirmed dates and sent reminders in advance of the clearance work, and on the day, he turned up when he said he would and the work was carried out efficiently and with a smile.
