    Mike was very helpful in ensuring I understood what I needed based on my requirements as I've need been through this scenario. He took all the information he needed and arranged access with the estate agents. The report I received back to exceptionally detailed and thorough.     Structural Report Required

    Best service I could have asked for. I called around for a structural engineer and some were quoting two-week lead times. Michael was outstanding - from the initial call to the site visit and report, everything was completed within 24 hours. Highly recommended - don’t bother calling around, just use Michael!

    Advice on dropped bay windows

    We were concerned about a drop in our bay windows and found Mike on check a trade. He arrived on the time we agreed on and was so helpful and knowledgeable, answering all questions and concerns we had. We would not hesitate to recommend his company and for sure will call him back with anything else that we may need

    Great service by a great team

    We needed help knocking down an interior Kitchen Wall as part of a wider Kitchen Remodelling. Mike was amazing from day one very clear on what needed to be done and by when with the supporting documentation needed. On top of this Luke the builder has expert knowledge and great attention for detail. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any work done.
