    I can’t thank Mike enough for his service. I was lucky he could squeeze me in last minute. He gave great advice, was happy to speak to the buyer to reassure them about my house. He wrote up the report on the same day. Was honest and very knowledgeable. Great price. Thank you.

    Home move structural survey

    We are repeat customers to this business and would give it and Mike 11/10 if we could. Mike is professional and knowledgeable and we were in a safe pair of hands from the initial contact to completion of the survey. His experience and eye for detail meant that we can now proceed with our sale safe in the knowledge that the house has had a thorough inspection and there are no unexpected surprises waiting for us when we move in.     Structual Survey

    Michael was prompt in both contacting me and then to carry out the work. The report back was very informative and precise. He even then said if in the future we required any further work doing, that he'll always be happy to pop round and liaise with the tradesman and give a more detail to help with the work. Could not have been more helpful, highly recommend!!
