I phoned to ask for a survey to be carried out and within a week the survey was completed and the report sent to me. Everything I asked for was done, this company is professional and reliable, I would definitely recommend.

We were concerned about a drop in our bay windows and found Mike on check a trade. He arrived on the time we agreed on and was so helpful and knowledgeable, answering all questions and concerns we had. We would not hesitate to recommend his company and for sure will call him back with anything else that we may need

We needed help knocking down an interior Kitchen Wall as part of a wider Kitchen Remodelling. Mike was amazing from day one very clear on what needed to be done and by when with the supporting documentation needed. On top of this Luke the builder has expert knowledge and great attention for detail. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any work done.

We had a RICS Level 2 that recommended a Structural engineer look at the Property. We found Michael of Checkatrade and he couldn't have been more helpful. He even managed to find round to do it the day after discussion due to doing a few jobs in the area. Michael as been helpful and ensured us that the property it in good keeping for the age. Michael thank you its very much appreciated. HIGHLY Recommended!

The surveyor's communication was excellent. The survey was carried out promptly. I was provided with a very detailed and professionaly written report. The report was sent to me the day after the survey. I am pleased to say, for this excellent service the charge was very reasonable. I really do have to say I could not fault them.
