Did a very efficient job, very friendly and works hard.

I contacted F and S Independent Plumbing and Drainage a couple of Sundays ago after I had attempted what I thought would be a simple job to the cistern of my toilet. I ended up with a fountain of water in the bathroom which caused me to have to isolate the water supply to my house in panic. I spoke to Simon. He could have paid me a visit to fix what would have been a simple job for him and charge me a premium Sunday emergency call out fee. Instead he gave me some great telephone advice which fixed my issue within minutes, with no requirement for him to come out to me. First class service!

Slow-flushing toilet could not be resolved so Simon was called in to provide CCTV Inspection services which then led to the discovery of a (shared) cracked pipe. Simon spent several hours inspecting the area and advised us throughout of his findings. He provided video and photographic evidence of the issues uncovered and outlined exactly what he had done and what needed to be done. Simon could not have been more professional, polite, helpful and extremely hard-working. The quote for the remedial works was extremely competitive and he carried that out a few weeks later. Highly recommended!

I called Simon regarding a blocked drain and he said he would be able to look at the problem the next morning which was great to hear. He arrived and got straight down to work and removed the two drain covers and immediately saw a big blockage which he cleared and then unblocked another drain on the same line. Simon is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
