  Great experience. Friendly, practical and realistic advice from the outset. Honest approach to charging for labour and parts. Quick to propose a solution in line with the initial request. Thoughtful and considerate when working in the property and provided plenty of explanation while carrying out the work. Very pleased with the outcome and would happily appoint again.
