  Simon was really helpful; he was able to fix our existing towel rail rather than repair and offered to also fix a broken thermostatic radiator valve while he was there. He offered sound advice and great service, all with a friendly manner and at a reasonable price. Thank you Simon.

  Very bad toilet leak

  I had to find an emergency plumber the day before I was due to go on holiday to fix a very bad toilet leak. Simon came round the same day, fixed my toilet leak and also fitted a stopcock valve under my sink for a very reasonable price. He got me out of a real jam at the eleventh hour and was extremely efficient and trustworthy (unlike companies that have ripped me off in the past). He was also a very nice guy and I will be very happy to use him again.
