I am so pleased with work that was carried out .I had also decided to alter the size of the two end windows as my lounge window is a very large . .so amazed the difference it has made . The fitters were very efficient very polite also very helpful . When the men had finished they cleaned up so well ,you would have not known I had the windows done .So a big thank you to Marty and Ben . Two very pleasant workmen removed my old windows in my out house and fitted new, to a very high standard. They arrived on the appointment day and time and made an excellent task of cleaning up after. I sought a llocal competent business to supply and fit a replacement lantern sky window at our home. Falcon windows offered a prompt, inspection, survey and assessment. They gave clear and honest feedback and a quote. I visited the showroom to see the model and design and ask about the company, which led to proceeding with the works. The installation went extremely well, I am pleased with the quality and finished installed lantern window. The company has been honest, clear and professionally competent. The Falcon Group was established in 1984 in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Our initial market was the manufacturing of high quality, specialist, double-glazed, sealed units. In 1987 we ventured into Windows and Doors.
The demand for high quality pvc-u products produced a vehicle for our expansion programme. Our professional approach and quality installations, combined with our highly motivated team's have earned Falcon a reputation for the highest of installation standards.
Falcon Windows Ltd. has now developed into a group of businesses that professionally service the home improvement market, such as replacement glass, windows and doors, conservatories, supplied or installed, the delivery of polycarbonate sheeting, glazing bars and accessories and we also have a double glazing maintenance side as well.
We also have a fascia and Soffit division where we supply and install fascia,soffits, barge boards, cladding and guttering.
It has always been the view of Falcon Windows that the installation is only as good as the team that produces it, from initial sales, surveying and processing to final installation.
