Booking a new window and some repairs ( failed double glazing and hinges ) was straightforward. On the day of fitting John snd Ash came on time and less than 2 hours later all the work was done professionally and cleanly. Both were polite and friendly. If have used Falcon Windows Ltd. When needed over the last 30 years and have always been impressed by there quality of work. Windows needing repairs this time were from a well known „big“ brand. … We recommend Falcon Windows Ltd.

The installation was carried out very professionally. I am very happy with the work done and all was left in a tidy clean condition when completed.

Firstly, there are no rush or pressurised sales techniques, but Falcons beat the competition on price by a good margin,The Window units were manufactured to a very high standard,The fitting..This is where Falcons shine brightest, John, Ash & Billy where exceptional, they worked their darn socks off, they made absolutely no mess, they might have actually left the area cleaner than it was before 😅, the fittings from top to bottom were very well organised and explained very well to us, they even offered to help the Mrs put the curtains back up afterwards.

I had an issue with one of the windows suppled by Falcon in 2017 - due to some water vapour between the glass panes. One phone call, a couple of pictures sent, and it was ordered and replaced within a few weeks. No hassle at all. Had a phone call this morning to say it was ready - the chaps came round 3 hours later and it was fixed in minutes. Excellent service yet again from Falcon!
