  Paul and his assistant cleaned the moss from my guttering all by hand and fixed a loose section free of charge. He is a lovely genuine person, professional and full of expert knowledge and happy to help and advise on all aspects of roofing work. I will be using him again in the future!

  Well what can I say about falcon property maintenance.. a 1st class company, reliable, reasonable price and most of all puts customer service before anything else. Absolutely fantastic. Cannot speak highly of Paul and the team, needed a roof tile replaced, went above and beyond to replace this and didn’t charge as had other work done previously. Did some other work on my roof and guttering previously, work was to a high standard, pictures taken to ensure work done as explained. Genuine, honest company. Would not go anywhere else if issues with roof etc. 10/10 from start to finish.

  Paul from falcon got back to me immediately after I posted the job on Checkatrade. He arranged to come and do the job the following working day. He was knowledgable and polite and did the job to a very high standard. I would recommend this company.
