Brilliant company needed some roof tiles replacing because they had cracked due to the age of the tiles and was leaking water in the house, he could have come the next day but we had a hospital appointment and he came the day after, told him the size and sent photos and he managed to get the exact same tile which were not a standard tile for our utility roof so that was lucky. When he started the job the ones he was taking off were cracking but luckily he had brought double the amount I asked for and the job was completed for the same price.

The work was completed when it was agreed and to a high standard. There was a high level of communication throughout and advice offered. It was not the cheapest quote but they carefully explained everything they were doing and this meant there were no hidden extras and no unnecessary work undertaken. They fitted an extra piece of downpipe for me for no additional charge. Helpful, friendly and reliable service throughout.

I had some broken guttering. Paul responded promptly and communication was excellent throughout. Job was done to a high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Paul was extremely professional, very helpful and informative. He and his colleague Chris came as agreed and completed removing a defective flue, they also did a couple of the minor jobs. Would definitely recommend this company to others and would not hesitate using Paul's services again.

I called around a few roofing / maintenance companies to get a loose gutter repaired. Falcon came back pretty quickly with one of the better value quotes. Once I had confirmed the work to go ahead they managed to fit us in within a couple of days. Work was done quickly and efficiently and I am happy with the result. I would recommend them, and in fact have in fact asked them to quote for further work.

Notice part of my guttering leaking, Paul rang me the same day as I put my request on check a trade, and from start to finish had been the upmost professional, honest and upfront with cost and the job involved. Completed job today, pictures taken throughout process. 10 out of 10. Cannot fault Falcon property maintenance limited, would highly recommend.
