Communication very good. Lewis turned up on time. Got on with job. Identified problems. Went to get replacement tap and flush mechanism. Fitted and tested both working. Job done. Shaun and the team did a fantastic job completely renovating our downstairs toilet. He was professional, honest, and friendly throughout the entire process. His workmanship was top-notch, and he kept us informed every step of the way. We were so impressed that we’ve already had him back to install an outdoor tap, and once again, he did a brilliant job.
